Re: Sales Order assignment in Production order

Hi all,

I have a client requirement where they want to know whether it was possible through ( either standard or Development) to know

to track the production order for sales orders. They do use. planning strtegy 41 currently.

What I have proposed is to maintain the sales order in the lowest production order ( lowest level in BOM) manually.Then get it copied to the next level production order ( as per the BOM) using copy functionality.( useing a user exit in production order).

Is this correct advice.
