Hi all,
One of the employee's quota is accrued for 29 hours, but he booked absence for 40 hours, which is approved. we are using cats classic. how system allowed him to book absence more than quota accrued.

in your absence quota type(Table: V_T556A) field Negative deduction to is blank or is there any value...
if it is there then the system is doing correct.

While you set your Data Entry Profile (T Code: CAC1) under the Data Entry Checks, check your what is maintained for the system to react for more than 24 hours.
