Hello,

with SAP Sourcing Wave 7 in addition to the item price as well a rebate is supported on item level for agreements and the transfer to an ERP system (ERP 6.0 and higher). On header level you can use either a percentage or fixed amount rebate which can as well be transfered to ERP (e.g. creating an outline agreement). This features are only available for agreements and not for sourcing events (RFx). An agreement supports as well penalties (on header and item level), but within standard they are not integrated with ERP.

As Baski mentioned with SAP Sourcing Wave 8 (On demand only) price conditions for RFx and agreements are supported and are getting further enhanced with Wave 9 which will be available as OD and on premise.

best regards

Hi,

In Wave 7, you can consider using "Formula based pricing" model and include supplier entered attributes ot type price in the formula to achieve this

(e.g. unit_price + surcharge_SEA1 - discount_amt_SEA2 )

The price condition support is added in Wave 8 for integrated documents and this formula creation is automatic

Thanks,

Baski

Baski,

So are you saying that I can maintain Rebate conditions at line item level in CLM 7 and as is possible in MM (R4.7/ECC)?

Can I also capture premiums and penalties values/conditions at line item level? These premium and penalties should be then be calculated based on contract call-off

Thanks,

S

HI,

2 comments here:

- Regarding my previous comment, formula pricing model is available for Rfx and not for Agreements

- In wave 7, price condtions are not supported and are supported starting in Wave 8.

To your question in Wave 7, price condtions support is not available. if you are using the ondemand version, you can consider upgrading to wave 8 as this feature is supported. if onpremise, wave 9 will have this support & you may want to consider using some workaournds until then by exploring the available pricing modles. (e.g. Using price with scales etc..).

Thanks,

Baski
