We are seeing orders for the same BP going on hold despite us entering GTS

Hi

We are seeing orders for the same BP going on hold despite us entering GTS daily and confirming the BP is not related to the suggested blacklisted entity. We checked the BP record itself and it shows the BP is not on hold.

Please help us in this regards.
