installation of ECC 5.0 win 2003 in virtual machines vmware with MSCS

Hello guys,

We're gonna migrate our ECC 5 (win+oracle) system to a new machine. We're thinking in a MSCS cluster over 2 virtual machines of vmware.

Is there any inconvenient in this configuration? Any requirements?
