Not able to create appointment by clinking on calender


We have created a Z marketing role. Now when i log into this role and choose calender from navigation, the calender opens up. But when i click on some time 8.00 or 9.00(Blue colour link) to create an appointment a pop up is coming showing No result found . As a result i am not able to create appointment via calender.

But through the quick Create-> appointment , i can create it.

Is there some configuration that is missing?where and what i need to check.

FYI - same thing is working for Z_Salespro role
