Regarding Credit management

Dear Gurus,

I am presently working on Credit management and after going thorugh the various posts and material on Credit management i came to an idea on credit management.But i am not able to find the path

Logistics - General --> Promotion --> Message Determination in ECC 6.0.Can anyone guide me in this regard.
