Authentication of site user failed

Hello Experts,

When I Creating the New Company,

SAP Wnats to Password, I have Given the Password as given in SQL

then System give the Error Message " Authentication of site user failed"

Hi

The system needs Site user password to create it.

You had given this password when installing SAP B1 server.

So you have to give same password to proceed

I do not know about password when installing SAP B1 server ?

Also My SAP Business One Server Manager is disable

so when i Reset the Password in SQL Data

HI

In server,goto Control panel->Administrative tools->Services.

You wil findl SAP Related services.

set it as 'Automatic' and start the sevice.

If other person had installed the SAP in to server,you ask him for Site user password.

He might know about it

Hi,

That is site user Id not SQL. You should give Password of site User id.

Check the password what you set for the Site User during SAP Installation.
