Only 0.00 NO of material is available for this PO using MB1B tcode

Dear Experts,

We are trying to issue a material against PO using tcode MB1B.

It showing an error "Only 0.00 NO of material XXXXX is available for this PO. Please check your input." while transfer posting.

Please help to find out the cause of the error and suggestion for resolving it.
