Help Link in B2B E-Commerce CRM 7.0


When in B2B E-Commerce, there are links on upper left...My Details, Contact, Help. Within Help is Frequency Asked Questions, which my question is, how do I customize this to add my FAQ's I want in there ?

I see the /common/help_left_faq.jsp and help_right_faq.jsp's, however, I'm not a jsp expert, so reading through, I'm not seeing how to modify for my set of FAQ's i want in there.

Is there any documentation available to help with this ? I don't see it in the Dev and Ext Guides for E-Commerce.

Also, under "Customer Support" there is E-Mail and Chat. I'm going to comment out Chat in the JSP, what would I need to do to get E-Mail working and being sent to a specific email address.
