Hi,

The list of values are displayed in batches to improve LOV performance and it is controlled by a key in the registry.

Browse to the following key:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Business Objects\Suite 12.0\Crystal Reports\ReportView

and modify the decimal value for "PromptingLOVBatchSize". Set a value greater than 200.

Note: This resolution only works for the Crystal Reports designer. If you want this to work in the BOE then you need to modify a web.xml.

Hope this helps!

Thanks Abhilash.

I set the value to 100000. That solved the pagination. But the list is still only showing a limited result. Basically it is showing the same amount of records but now in one list. The records are A-I and I need A-Z which would be probably around 2500 records in my situation.

Is there another Key I need to change to allow more results?

Yes, that is controlled by another registry key.

Please search for 'MaxRowSetRecords'

Every instance of MaxRowSetRecords has a value of 100000. But the parameter still only returns records A-I.

With the previous versions of Crystal, I have had to add the string value MaxRowSetRecords manually to the registry. Do I need to add this manually as well somewhere to version 2013? Or is there another solution to this problem?

Yes, you'd need to do this for CR 2013 as well. The registry is different though.

Ok, help me out here. Where do I need to add the string value? Please be specific.

On a 64-bit machine this would be under:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\SAP Business Objects\Suite XI 4.0\Crystal  Reports\DatabaseOptions
