PGI Error for Storage Location

Hi Team,

While Creating a dekivery i am facing a error of

The storage location is not defined for delivery item 000010

When i manually enter a Storage location in Picking again Second errors comes

"Material T831 is not defined for sales from Indienm.Sikkim"

When i click error agin i recive the Error called

:Material T831 does not exist in plant BP01"

I have check all the old Threads But still i am reciving this error

Kindly help me out

Hi SAP SD,

 Check the plant in which you have created the material.

Check the shipping point determinationu2014OVL2

Shipping condition of Customer+ loading group of Material + Plant+ Proposed Shipping point +Manual shipping point

Check the Storage location Determination-OVL3

Shipping point+ Plant+ Storage condition + Storage location

Check the plant for the shipping point & storage location it should be same

If everything is configured properly check in Delivery- Picking Tab the storage location will determine automatically.

Let me know if your problem is solved

i have checked all the points told by you which i have done but yet the same from is coming

i think the the main error is as i have told

"Material T831 is not defined for sales from Indienm.Sikkim" In picking Tab when i insert SL

Hi

It seems tax classification in the material master is not maintained correctly. Go to MM03 (Sales Org 1 view) and put in the sales org and dist channel and see if the material is configured with the tax code for the country for which the plant/ sales org is defined.

i have check in MM03 in Sales Org view that there is no any tax code in while creating material

what we should to maintain it

help me out has i not able to move forwad as delivering is not happeing

Hi

In OMKN transaction check if your plant is defined and is assigned to a country.

If yes then in OVK1 check for your country what is the tax category maintained.

Put the same tax category in the material master with the same country and put the tax code defined for it. Check other materials which are sold through the same sales org to get an idea.

Hi Sap Sd,

Would you please re-check the configuration settings in Enterprise structure as well as the Assignment.

Check in IMG-Enterprise structure-Definition-Material Management-Define Storage location.mention your plant and see what storage location you have maintained.

Also check the delivery plant in Customer Material Info Record,Customer Master Data & in Material Master Data.

Hi sir,

Check if in material master the plant and storage locations are properly mentioned

Further do picking location determination u201CShipping point + Plant + Storage Locationu201D by using T-code u201Covl3u201D so that storage location gets automatically determined.

While picking in Delivery, please see if storage location gets determined.

Then do PGI to complete the delivery process.

Dear SAPSD2011

You just extend your material master to respective storage location in MM01.

If you want to determine the storage location automatically in the delivery documnet use OVL3 transaction code for storage location determination.

Please let me know if you have any further clarifications

Dear SAPSD2011 ,

Is your material view extended in that plant/storage location?

Check and revert back if it is extended with the error message no.
