REporting Structure in Organization Management.

Hi All,

I am new to create Relationship in Organzation Management.

The Scenario is:

Let the Organization is ONGC

Having 3 sub units: 1. Commercial Dept, 2. Technical Dept, 3. Finance Dept

Each Sub Unit is headed Head of Dept.

Managing Director is Chief of the Organization

Head of Dept is Head of Commercial Dept, similarlly eachsub unit is headed by respective Heads of Dept.

Now the Issue is HEad of Each Dept is have to Report to Managing Director.

Simillarly below Head of Dept there are Mangers. And Managers have to report to Head of Dept. and Below Manger all positions have to report to Manager of respective Department.

I tried with the relationship A:002.

But while I am checking through PPOM_OLD then staff assignment and then goto then reporting structure then the YEllow Arrow Makr is showing from Managing Director to Head instead it should show the Arrow Mark in yellow colour from Head of Dept to Managing Director.

Please Need Help.
