Hi GRC Experts,
Need some help with GRC AC issue.
I am aware of the normal way(through NWBC) of forwarding an Access request from one user to another. I am curious about the back end workflow of an Access request.
Kindly let me know how to forward an access request to an alternate approver and view its current status from SAP GUI.

This can be achieved by enabling escalations in MSMP stage level.

Thanks for your response. But, this is not what I was looking for.
I know that we can forward a task by using SWIA tcode. But, I am not able to find the work item ID for an access request in back end. Is there any table or a method which gives the Work Item ID for an access request.
Really appreciate your advice on this.
