Bics remote web service is remote

Hi,

i´ve get the following dashboar error:

The data connection session with BI Web runtime over the Bics remote web service is expired.Press F5 to refresh dashboard

We have IE8, and Netweaver 7.01 with sp7 on the both stacks.

Which will be the cause?

The problem is due a roles of the system
