OAM1 -> Archive requested - awaiting confirmation

Hi

When trying to archive a printlist, it is failing with the message "Archive requested - awaiting confirmation".

I am not very familiar with OAM1 transaction and this setup, but is there anyone who can tell me where to look for this issue?
