Payroll amnt calculated for entire month though time entered is for 10 days

Dear Experts,

we are using positive time evaluation, and i have entered working hours(Clock in and clock outs) for first 10 days of a month, and did not enter any working hours(Clock in and clock outs) for the rest of the month. I ran time evaluation for the entire month, So in time ZL we have time wage types till 10th of this month, and from 11 to end of the month no wage types are generated.

Now when i simulate a payroll run, the amount is getting calculated for the entire month even though it should not calculate from 11 to 30 th. i was expecting the system to show the net amount of 10 days and not for the entire month.

In IMPRT B2 it shows the time wage types till 10 and nothing after that. But from the next step which is DAYPR TC00, it also generates wagetypes from 11 to 30 th.

Please advise.

In XT00 we need to create PCR to calculate PAy based on the ZL wagetypes (Especially Planned working Time)

Dear ALL,

Thanks for your response . Solved using a rule in Time evaluation. Did not modify TC00.

book the absence for the rest of days that is from 11th to 30th and check the payroll result,

SAP has been already implemented at ur client place or shd get implemented can you pls let us know
