Multi level (Header and component) results / defect recording

HI,

We manufacture Electronic assemblies. When the product is inspected:

1. We may find defects at the header material (Assembly)

2. We may find that some of the components have defects.

I am using PP01 (Discrete) Production with inspection lots.

How to record defects for the component levels?
