Hi gurus,
What is the part in brackets in :"User and Authorization Management (BC-SEC-USR)" I keep seeing such words in brackets in SAP help / documentation .. The main question is how can I access it?

This is part of the classification from SAP, a sub part of the SAP Component Hierarchy used to identify modules or components of the solution:
Each component then has further sub components that is for example used while searching for notes or creating a customer message to SAP you will use these components-sub components as part of your communication to SAP, pretty critical if you want the correct resources working on your issues.

BC = Basis Component
SEC = Security
USR = User
I don't understand what you mean with "how to access" it, I mean it's the basis/core of the system.
