Missing Properties Window on WAD

Hello,

On the Web Application Designer (WAD), properties window is missing. On the tool bar View/ Properties is checked, but properties window is still missing. When I tried to reset properties, it doesn't restore properties

window. Any thoughts/hints would be much appreciated.
