Gantt chart solution in xcelsius

Am currently working on the Gantt Chart Dashboard where in I need to show the Project Statuses in Dashboard.

I need to show with 3 parameters on the Gantt Chart --

a) Project Target Date ( deadline -- to be shown as starts (*))

b) Ageing (no of days)

c) Quarters( Q4-11, Q1-10, Q2-10, Q3-10)

I was able to show the two columns in the chart ((a) & (b)) using stacked bar chart but unable to show the quarters which are dynamic. Can anyone suggest good article/blog/tutorial for Gantt chart in Xcelsius (or) Is there any ad-ons available for gantt chart.
