Custom Tradeshow theme ur_ie6 not found

Hello We have copied the Tradeshow original to CUSTTRADE theme, and after applying the desktop rules,chaning the banner and making it as default Theme, when we login into the Portal we see that layout is messed up.

I have checked the cofigtool > webdynpro -> Custom stylesheet --> true

Please advice.
