Releae procedure error

Dear all

i am create new release procedure then last set is sow below error plz rectify

Classification error is xxxx class type is 032

You did not set the class and characteristics correctly.

Create the class and assign the characteristics in the class. If done correctly the error gets resolved.

There are lot of threads regarding release procedure detailing the steps. Pl check out.

This will be just a warning msg to show that there is no output types configured for this PO.

Click on the Messages tab near print preview there in ouput type give neu(standard output type for PO) then in medium select print ouput

Then click on the line item and click on the communication method new screen will come there enter the Printer name(LP01 will be standard)

Then if u want the printout immediately after saving the printout click on the chk box print immediately....

Then click on the back button and save the PO

It looks like you are using release procedure with classification as the class 032 pertains to relase classification. The error basically occurs when you try to create strategy using classification. Please follow the below methods.

As I am not aware of what are the parameters for your release, I am generic

Create characteristics for purchase Org, PO value and Pur group using transaction CT04.

Enter the Table name and the field name in the additional data Tab. - Get the details from structure CEKKO using transaction SE11or12 for the field name and the Table name is CEKKO

Create Class using CL02 and maintain the characteristics in the class

Assign the class to the release group

Then continue with the strategies and assign values for the release.

Please create the characteristics and that characteristics in class for this use cto4, cl02 and that class should be used in your release procedure.
