Work with (Searches) return no results

We have STVN 3.0 and are using Succession Planning to start off with. We have the initial set up all done (Trex, Indices, AOR(741), etc) and are able to see content under all the "Visualize" sections. However, all the Search related (Work With) sections return no values.

We have tested the FMs HRTMC_SEARCH_OBJECTS in the backend and they return results.

However when the same user tries to open My Employees from Nakisa it return no results (no errors in CDS).

FYI...In the Data Connection for Employees > the connection string has a Generic User and Password. I am not sure this is right.

Any help is appreciated?
