Goog day everyone:

Well here im with a new problem, we had installed BOBJ 3.1 SP2 and BOBJ Explorer (polestar) SP2 and everything worked fine but recently we updated to BOBJ 3.1 SP3 and aparently everything was working fine until we try to go from Infoview portal to Explorer portal in the same window through a link in a dashboard i mean, we have several dashboards developed in Xcelsius and these ones have a link to a information spaces in Explorer but when we clic on these links appears the following (sorry is in spanish):

Apache Tomcat/5.5.20

At the first i though the problem was the links but it happens the same when i just log on InfoView and change the URL to the Explorer URL i mean i cant to access Explorer portal in the same window if i log on Infoview before, i have to close the window and after access to Explorer portal and works fine.

This is a problem because in all of our reports and dashboards have links to Explorer.

Can anyone help me to solve this problem???

I heard that this problem is very common with the combination BOBJ SP3 and Explorer SP2 because several partners of mine have the same problem.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
