Source Code access to UWL Actions

Hi all,

I have a requirement - The UserDecisionNote entered by the user should appear in a particular format when View Memos UWL Action is clicked on the workitem.

For this I would like to know if there is any way that we can access the source code for the UWL Actions, so we can customize that. Also, I would like to know if this is a correct way to get what I want.
