How to set stock type to be blocked ONLY for a particular PO type

Dear friends,

We need a particular PO type to be delivery to blocked stock only. In other word, when create the type of PO, the fileld of Stock type only allow Block under tab delivery of PO Item detail section. Any ideas?

Thanks for response. seems it won't let me expand item detail to put blocked as mandatory.
