Amount difference in sales analysis report and GL balances

One of my customer is facing discrepancy in the sales analysis and GL balances.

Following is the summary of details (data taken from 1-July-2011 till 31-July-2011):

I have checked the account mapping and everything seems fine.Please assist me what could be the possible reason for this mismatch.As this is very critical concern for the customer as they are totally dependent on SAP Business One and for internal/external audits, they cannot rely on this report.Please suggest accordingly
