Action data not extracted in Action usage reports - AC 10

I am running the report "Action Usage by User, Role and Profile" in AC10 to find all the tcodes used by the users.

I am getting the list for some users, but its blank for most of the users. I run all the sync job, but still the report shows no data.

While investigating the issue, I found that we have 3 application servers, and the report is showing the data for only one application server which was mentioned in the RFC connection. The users who is logging into that specific app server is recording the transaction usage.

So can anyone suggest, how its possible to get the action usage details for all 3 application server.

You need to change the hostname entry in the RFC. Try using the load balanced RFC.

Do I need to turn ON the load balancing in SM59. Should I mention the Msg server name of the backend system in SM59 -> technical settings.

Performing this action willl provide the transaction usage of all the 3 app server once i activate the RFC load balancing.
