PO output message

Hello All,

When user is creating PO system is determining output message but when he is putting another purchasing group output message is vanishes. Is there any dependency of purchasing group on output messages?

Hi,

You have to assign correct purchasing group to the output message in customising:

IMG: MM/purchasing/Messages/Assign output devices to purchasing groups.

Yes, there is link B/W pur.group and output messages. In MN05 - Assign default Message Type to Purchasing Groups. In OMGF - Assign Output devices to Purchasing Groups . Thanking you.

Hi,

Check new purchasing group assigned to output device (printer) in OMGF t.code. Also check in SU01 t.code or SU3 t.code, the output device (printer) is assigned in u201Cdefaultu201D tab in Spool control segment.

Yes..please check the configuration..

SPRO -> Material Management -> Purchasing -> Messages -> Assign output devices to purchasing groups

or just maint. view V_024_N

After creating PO with new Purchasing group you have to assign the printer for that group.

Hi Dear,

go to MN04 and create the condition type referencing the purchasing group(key combination).

this may help for ur ques.

Please check whether any condition records are maintained for printouts based on purchase groups.
