SAP BPC Cube stuck at Yellow Status

Hi

I refer to this thread BPC backend application status, and noticed the fact that there's threshold of 50,000 records, before BW cube request status turned to green (for real-time infocube).

However, currently we are facing BW cube request status never turned to green, and then it will create multiple yellow request status in the cube.

May I know how to rectify this?
