Empty xml results - error message



After applying SP09, one computer began to send an error message every time a report was tried to be created.

I tried to update information in BPC excel with Client options menu:

Refresh Dimension members

Refresh dynamic templates

Clear local application information

Also was applied in BPC Admin the Refresh client-side dimension files

The computer was fully reseted (now is like a new one).

But the problem persist, does anybody knows what could be the reason of this failure?
