Work Schedules

User requested to create new Work Schedule, again this is post implementation request. Should I ask user for reference work schedule, previously created WS to create new WS for PA/PSA, ES/ESG, break schedules etc.

Or please let me know, how should approach this?

You should refer to time design blue-print of your current system.

Hi

For creating WS we use to maintain Config Templates (Excel sheet) and business use to fill out the appriopiate values in it.

Best approach will be maintaining templates for different config Items (Example Company Codes,PA,PSA etc)

Can you please provide me the list to create new work schedules? that I should include my template.

I have created for Company codes, PA/PSA etc.

Your templates should include all the information required to accomplish the task, namely, the PSA Groupings, the ESG Groupings, the Calendar Groupings, the Daily Work Schedules, the Periodic Work Schedules (all these cumulating into Work Schedule Rules).
