Crytsal Reports for Enterprise BW hierarchy error

I am trying to use a BW hierarchy in Crystal Reports for Enterprise but it is not working correctly. I have the same account number under different hierarchy nodes, but the account is being duplicated under the first hierarchy node and not showing under the second hierarchy node. Is there a way to fix this or is this a bug?
