Crytsal Reports for Enterprise BW hierarchy error

I am trying to use a BW hierarchy in Crystal Reports for Enterprise but it is not working correctly. I have the same account number under different hierarchy nodes, but the account is being duplicated under the first hierarchy node and not showing under the second hierarchy node. Is there a way to fix this or is this a bug?

There was nothing related to Crystal Reports for Enterprise in those links. I can see the hierarchy, but it is handling duplicate gl accounts in different nodes incorrectly. It is putting both entries for that gl account in the first hierarchy node and the second node has no gl accounts.
