delete material from PM order

Hi,

I try to delete a material from a PM order. The order contains 4 material in a reservation. The reservation is not consuntivated.

When I delete the material from IW32 I save, but when I return in to the order the material is not deleted.

SAP do not permitt to modify the reservation because it is created authomatically.

Someone can halp me?

Hi,

You can n't delete reservation which is created automatically..

Go to IW32 > Coponents> try to put the quantity 0...

Hi,

Material from order can be deleted and system automatically cancels reservation number.

If u want you can modify or enter new material basing on your requirement.

Hi,

After assigning the material in PM order, resevation number will be generated by the syayem automatically.

If u want to delete those material in PM Order, Select the components what you have assigned and delete it and save.

After deleting those material if you want to assign new component the reservation starts with the next line item number.

if not get deleted sap ment click on edit and select the deletions off. it will work.

After deleting the component, do the below steps.

go to menu Edit => Display deletions => off.

Then check.
