Hello Team,

I want to know how the Production order or Process costing happen in the Discrete manufacturing and also in REM scenario.

Also i want to know Is there any costing process difference in case of MTS and MTO scenario?

Hi Maulik,

In DISCRETE MFG and REM MFG only one step will be extra that is:

KKF6N which is Product Cost Collector in REM MFG

But the common things in both DISCRETE and REM manufacturing are:

CK11N cost estimation with quantity structure

CK24 price updation

KKS2 Variance Calculation

KO88 Actual Order Settlement
