Doing initial load (CUSTOMER_MAIN - R3AS) again?

Hello together,

because of some customer modifcations we are having some differences between the master data in CRM and ERP. Now, i would like to run a new initial load of CUSTOMER_MAIN and CUSTOMER_REL. Could that be a problem? In the past, we did this with some requests (R3AR2). A colleague told me, that this is also possible with initial load. But i'm a little bit confused because of the word INITIAL. In my understanding an initial load could only be done at the beginning?
