0TCAIPROV install from Business Content or transport ?

Hi,

I need to know : for infoobjects 0TCAIPRO, 0TCAVALID, 0TCAACTVT that don't exist in quality and production, but in DEv I can see them, should I transport from dev to QA/ PROD? Or install them direct in QA/ PROD?
