Cash Payment Removal in IT0009

Hi Experts,

I am not able to remove / hide unused payment mehtods from the drop down list in IT0009 presently there are 3 types ie.,

Blank: Cash payment

E : Check

T : Bank Transfer

I want to hide/remove Blank cash payment.I follow these steps here i am not able to find blank for

1. Open V_T042ZL from SM30 and Press 'Maintain'.

2. Select Country 'US' and Payment Method ?? and to change the config press 'Detail' Button.

3. In detail screen un-check 'Allowed for personnel payments' in 'Payment method classification' tab.

I am not able to find blank value for cash payment how can i delete blank value as cash.

please assist i need to delete other options??
