Workitems not getting updated on refresh in UWL

Hi,

We are facing an issue in UWL. Issue is when we click on refresh the UWL is not getting updated with new workitems.

If we click on SENT column we are able to see the new workitems. Please find below the screen shots. this is happening

from last few days.

On click of refresh

by default SENT column is in Descending order in the system.

Please let us know how can we resolve this issue.
