changing text color of portal tab strip

Hi Portal experts,

I have a requirement to change the font color of tab strip used in KM. I am able to change it through 'Theme Editor' for the rest of tab strips used in portal but not for the one's used in KM. I did some researched and found a conclusion that for HTMLB - it's not possible throught 'Theme Editor', according to SAP note 1150293 - we need to change the CSS file.

Now my problem is I downloaed the theme by 'Theme Export' - but I could not find the CSS file mentiond in the note. Do I need to download it from app server?

Is this the right way or what is the best way to get this problem solved.

Pls suggest.
