Netweaver Installation Problem

Dear sir,

I Installed netweaver studio(stack 9) with rapid installer 2.0, when i am testing the R/3 test connection below message is coming, Please help me to remove the error.

Details:

Jco version:

JCO - 2.1.4 (c:\JCO)

JDK Version:

JDK - 1.4.2_06(c:\jdk-1.4.2_06 all environment variables set correctly)

Error message is:
