Actual Costs are not captured in Production Order

Hi Experts,

I'm not able to see the actual costs for a production order. We made the cost estimate for a material for this month. We created the production order and partial confirmation also done. In production order i'm able to see the target cost only. I'm not able to see the actual cost for the production order after confirmation.

In routing costing relevancy tick mark is available and in work center i maintained the cost center and activity types also.

Can you please share anything is missed for getting actual cost for a production order.

Hi,

Are activities or standart values confirmed for the operation? View the confirmations and check if there are values in activities.

Also check in KP26 whether unit prices of activities are maintained for the period.

I checked everything. All settings and master data are correct.

Actually in this month we dont have setup cost. So, for that activity cost is not available. At the time of confirmation of production order, we confirmed the setup also. For that error is showing in COFC. But for remaining activities, the actual cost is not showing. Cost is available and qty is available in the confirmation also.

What is the reason?

I cancelled the confirmation and i did the confirmation with out setup time. Now the actual costs are showing in production order.

dear friend,

you would finally confrim order (set CNF status) and try again.

also chack out you master data:

-material master (possible Acc1-2 and Cost1-2)

-work center (say,did you set a valid Cost center there?), are activities set up? usage? validity?..

-routing (header data and control key at item level)

check out your control key against the 'Cnf' and 'PrtCnf' checkboxes...
