SAP GUI 7.2 Bex Query Designer error with Standard Transport System

Hi all,

We've updated the SAP GUI for some users to 7.2, Patch 5. When opening BEx Query Designer - we get the message:

The Standard Transport System is active.

SAP GUI connection is not activated for current connection to BI system.

Do you want to reconnect to BI system and activate SAP GUI connection.

We do not want to take off the standard transport system because we want the queries to be automatically collected. Has anyone seen this error with 7.2? We don't have the issue with the 7.10 patch in Bex.
