cannot set deletion flag for order

Dear Experts,

I am trying to set deletion flag for order XXXX,

i am getting Error Massage " You cannot set deletion flag for order XXX (see log) Message no. CO432"

my order status is REL CNF DLV PRC GMPS MACM OPGN SETC

How can i set deletion flag for order.....

Please give your suggestion.

Check the logs, it would let you know why you're not allowed to set the status.

Check if there is balance on the order, if yes, that needs to be settled.

Check & revert if you still face issues.

Order only in CRTD, no any confirmation had dun.

Total Qty 1000 EA

Delivered Qty 0 EA

what error is listed in log? In order check menu 'goto/log/deletion flag'

In the first post you mention a different order status as compared to the 2nd posting.

Can you re-check what is the exact status & also check the logs it will let you know the reason as to why you're not able to set the deletion flag. The message should be self explanatory.

If in case you face any issue in understanding the log messages, then paste the same here & the forum will assist you.

You have done confirmation and delivery has happened thats why the status shows "CNF & DLV" You need to complete your settlement.

Check and revert back.

I suggest that you close this thread & do some checks at your end.

As with each response in this thread the order status is changing. So when you're not clear yourself I dont know how can anyone in this forum be of any help to you.
