Cost center in PO

Hello All,

When user is trying to create PO with account assignment category he has to provide cost center. What is happening he can provide cost center of other company codes. Please let me know how to restrict this? Suppose he is creating PO for company code 1000 then he can maintain cost center created only for company code 1000 not for other company codes. or is it access (security issue)?
