hello experts,

i cant seem to find it in the ODRF table

any hint or help is appreciated :)

the reason i need this information is that i want to create blocking from stored procedure that applies to "approval for document update"

so users arent allowed to make an approval request for updating documents

Hi,

Can you share the screenshots of both so that we can determine the exact requirement?

Hi Ricky,

If you want know if the draft in odrf is being created or updated you can use the following sintax in your transaction notification:

IF @object_type = '112' and @transaction_type = 'U' -- [U]pdate
BEGIN

END

IF @object_type = '112' and @transaction_type = 'A' -- [A]dd
BEGIN

END

To know if the draft is from an approval procedure or is a draft saved by the user, you can see the field WddStatus.

When the draft is created by the user, the WddStatus receive "-", otherwise the receive a letter that represent the status of approval procedure.

Hope it helps.

Kind Regards,
