Dear all,
my requirement is to use the Dunning Scheduler (RF150SMS) to obtain massive dunning notices. My dunning model have to be prepared with dunning procedure (so all the customers with the same dunning procedure can be involved).
The problem is that the Dunning Scheduler creates only one spool request referred to all the dunning notices. My request is to obtain separated spool for customer accounts, as the system does when dunning run is executed manually.
Someone can help me?
