May i know the configuration steps for full and final settlement when employee resign form the company.

Hi,
1. You have to set-up personnel action for the termination. Also need to make infogroup for the same.
2. You also need to maintain IT0016 for the notice period determination
3. You can also map ntoce period to notice code in view V_T7INZ3
4. Maintain Calculation Factor for Retiral Benefits - you maintain the calculation factor used to calculate the employee's retiral benefits such as superannuation or gratuity. These benefits are paid according to the employee's duration of employment and the calculation factor is decided as per the company's policies.
This can be accessed by view V_T7INZ1.
