Hi! Am just wondering whether anyone has a problem with running the shopping cart powl query for newly created user? At this stage, there is no shopping cart created by the user yet so I assume the query should return fairly fast. However, it took forever for us and eventually timeout. We resolved the problem somehow by running POWL_WLOAD for the specific user but this is not an ideal solution as we cannot be scheduling job for each individual new user. Does anyone has similar problem before who can perhaps share some pointers re the above issue?
